Experience
The company has more than 12 years of professional experience in architectural, structural engineering design and construction support. There is never a challenge too great for us as we have provided countless structural and construct-ability solutions to our clients. Our experience includes working with high-end residential buildings, commercial buildings, long-span structures, aviation facilities, tunnels, hospitals, and pedestrian sidewalks and vault structure.
 
Mr. Rashid has more than 22 years of professional experience in architectural, structural engineering design, construction oversite/support for government and private sector clients for high-end residential buildings, long-span structures, aviation facilities, tunnel, [hospital, aircraft hangar, terminal, airport operations area (AOA) aprons and facility structures] and commercial buildings. Since graduating from The City College of the City University of New York, (CCNY) School of Engineering in 1997, Mr. Rashid has had the privilege to work with renowned companies/agencies such as Port Authority of NY&NJ, NYS DOT, WSP, Louis Berger Group (LBG), Amaan & Whitney (A&W) and Thornton Tomasetti (TT).
 
Mr. Rashid managed projects from all levels of design from conceptual development to final design through the construction phase.  In addition, involved in multi-story high rise resident and commercial steel and concrete building structural analysis, design and review of a variety of building types.  Executed a wide range of structural inspections, surveys of existing and new buildings throughout the metro area.  Though Mr. Rashid is a structural engineer by practice, his many years of experience gives him the ability to communicate with other design disciplines efficiently.  His effective design, project management and communication skills connected with engineering and construction background have resulted in successful projects. 
 
Mr. Rashid was also one of the lead principle engineers in the WTC Emergency Rescue operation (structural) team:  Assisted in the World Trade Center rescue and recovery of existing structural operation from Sept 14, 2001, to June of 2002
